Welcome to Captain Pauly’s Podcast! I have been a fishing guide in Venice, Louisiana for the last decade. During my time guiding I've met some of the most entertaining characters and heard some of the most incredible stories you can imagine. After much thought, I decided to create my own podcast to preserve and encapsulate these stories to the best of my ability. My guests include charter captains, tournament fishermen, commercial fishermen, boat builders, marine biologists, fishing industry professionals, and many avid recreational fishermen! I hope you will join me as I continue to do my best to produce the most entertaining and most profound water-based conversations possible!

Captain Parker Rodrigue is a fisherman from Louisiana who has spent many seasons with the Mexican Gulf Fishing Company. He is now following the northern gulf blue marlin tournament circuit fishing aboard the ‘Chasing Tail’. He had some really cool stories about his time spent in Venice and some of the most thrilling and gut-wrenching tournament stories. Enjoy!
